Responsibilities Ensure HR compliance across all organizational practices, policies, and procedures. Lead and develop HR teams to support organizational growth and employee engagement. Manage and optimize HR systems to streamline processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee records. Oversee employee relations management to maintain a positive work environment, address concerns, and resolve conflicts efficiently. Apply strategic thinking to develop HR initiatives that support safety standards, operational efficiency, and organizational culture. Utilize analytics to monitor HR metrics, identify trends, and inform decision-making processes. Handle confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism. Understand individual employee strengths and motivations to effectively match personnel with appropriate roles or opportunities within the organization. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources management, preferably within safety-critical or technical environments such as fire alarm systems. Strong knowledge of HR compliance standards and best practices. Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing teams. Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and related technology tools. Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to understand people’s needs and motivations for optimal placement and development. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for strategic planning. Exceptional confidentiality skills and ethical judgment.
