The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational, self-awareness and flexibility. If you are passionate and have a proven track record in account management, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Collaborate with key accounts to handle crating, installation, and transportation projects of different scales. Act as the primary liaison with assigned clients, maintaining positive, ongoing relationships. Efficiently manage multiple projects concurrently, liaising with various internal and external contacts. Offer solutions and estimates to clients for future projects. Handle invoicing for completed projects. Qualifications A track record of success in client management with 3-5 years of experience. Additional Skills: Self-motivation, leadership, hands-on ability, and adaptability are essential. Proficiency in professional telephone etiquette and written correspondence are crucial. Proficient with Mac OS, Adobe Suite, FileMaker, and Google Drive. Working knowledge of historical and contemporary art. Familiarity with art media, contemporary materials and industry standard packing protocol are essential. Direct experience with fine art logistics. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
