Financial specialist

Обязанности:

• Develop, consolidate, and monitor budgets, financial plans, and forecasts
• Manage and analyze cash flow; prepare payment calendars
• Prepare management and financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow statement) and present them to management
• Analyze expenses, revenues, and profitability; propose cost optimization measures
• Perform plan-vs-actual (variance) analysis
• Control payments, contracts, settlements with suppliers and customers, and accounts receivable/payable
• Work with banks (bank-client systems, payment orders, currency operations)
• Cooperate with accounting in preparing tax and statistical reports
• Требования:
• At least 3 years of work experience in finance
• Higher education (economics, finance, or accounting)
• Knowledge of financial analysis methods (liquidity, profitability, and turnover ratios, break-even analysis)
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial planning principles
• Knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan: Tax Code, Law on Accounting, labor and currency regulations
• Understanding of national accounting standards (NSBU) and IFRS (basic knowledge)
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, financial models)
• Confident use of 1C or other accounting software
• Experience with electronic reporting systems (my.soliq.uz) and bank-client programs
• Working knowledge of English is an advantage
• Analytical thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail
