The ideal candidate must have a strong background in financial reporting, financial analysis, accounting, and management reporting , with proven and extensive experience specifically within the UAE real estate and fit-out industry . The successful candidate must be a qualified finance professional with a minimum of 8–10 years of relevant professional experience and at least 3–5 years of experience in a similar position . Package: Salary & Visa provided Key Responsibilities1. Financial Reporting & Analysis Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports . Prepare detailed management reports and financial analysis for senior management. Analyze revenue, project costs, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and overall financial performance . Prepare detailed variance analysis and provide clear explanations and recommendations. Review financial data and identify discrepancies, trends, risks, and areas requiring management attention. Analyze the financial performance of real estate, property, construction, and fit-out projects . Monitor project-level profitability, costs, revenue, and financial performance . Provide meaningful financial insights and recommendations to support management decision-making. 2. Month-End & Year-End Closing Take ownership of month-end and year-end closing activities . Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, provisions, prepayments, and account schedules . Review general ledger balances and ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records. Perform and review bank, supplier, customer, and balance sheet reconciliations . Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly. Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are consistently met. 3. Budgeting & Forecasting Assist in preparing annual budgets and financial forecasts . Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Prepare detailed budget-versus-actual variance reports . Analyze project and departmental costs and identify opportunities for cost control. Support management with financial planning, forecasting, and business performance analysis . 4. Management Reporting Prepare accurate financial dashboards, management reports, and presentations . Provide management with clear and actionable insights into financial performance and business trends. Develop and maintain financial reporting templates and analytical tools. Support senior management in financial planning and strategic decision-making . Ensure management reports are accurate, timely, and commercially meaningful. 5. Audit & Compliance Coordinate and support internal and external audit requirements . Prepare audit schedules, supporting documents, reconciliations, and financial documentation. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and financial reporting procedures . Identify weaknesses in financial processes and recommend improvements. Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy of all financial information. Requirements Professional qualification is mandatory: CMA, ACCA, CPA, or CA , with a minimum of 8–10 years of relevant professional experience and at least 3–5 years of experience in a similar position . Age requirement: 35–45 years old. Strong UAE experience is mandatory. Proven and strong experience in the UAE real estate and fit-out industry is mandatory. Candidates without relevant UAE real estate and fit-out experience will not be considered. Strong experience in financial analysis, management reporting, and variance analysis . Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cash flow analysis . Advanced Microsoft Excel skills , including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting. Strong experience with ERP/accounting software . Strong ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet strict reporting deadlines. Valid UAE driving license is mandatory. Willingness to travel between company offices, projects, and business locations when required.
