Financial Control Management 1. Checks clearance for incentive claim 2. Reviews and analyzes actual expenses against the approved budget on a regular basis 3. Reconciles Loan Portfolio balance on ELMS versus manual computation on a daily basis 4. Reconciles Loan Portfolio balance on ELMS versus NOAH system on weekly basis 5. Prepares Interim Bank Wide Financial reports on semi-monthly basis 6. Prepares financial statements and breakdown of Income and Expenses per Branch Lite Unit and per Department of AM’s and board report 7. Validates operations business intelligence reports by supporting data as basis for analysis 8. Assists on preparation of annual budget B. Fraud Detection Reports to his immediate head any suspicious activities results of ELMS and NOAH differences for further investigation C.
