Prepare monthly general accounting and FS reports. Consolidate actual results versus budget and forecast Perform variance analysis (Client Cost Cal, approved budgets vs. Actual) and identify key drivers of financial performance. Maintain FP&A trackers and reporting files. Build and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate business trends, risks, and investment opportunities. Coach, mentor, and supervise staff or junior analysts to ensure accurate and timely deliverables. Support data integrity across financial and operational reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy. Must be Certified Public Accountant (CPA) 3 - 5 year's experience in FP&A, management reporting. Experienced in serviced-based industry is an advantage. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel: Experience in ERP or reporting system tools is a plus. With solid analytical and numerical skills. Ability to work with cross-functional team and can meet deadlines.
