Align is looking for an exceptional Financial Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations of our growing real estate organization. This is not simply a bookkeeping position. We are looking for someone who understands how money moves through a high-volume real estate business and can own the systems, accuracy, controls, and processes behind it. If you have worked as a strong Market Center Administrator (MCA), Finance Manager, Accounting Manager, Commission Manager, or financial operations leader within a real estate brokerage or team environment, you may be an excellent fit. What You'll Own Manage commission calculations and payment processes, including splits, fees, deductions, referrals, adjustments, and reconciliations. Ensure agents and partners are paid accurately and on time and resolve commission discrepancies. Own company billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, and expense approval workflows. Review and code expenses correctly across departments, companies, and entities. Manage day-to-day QuickBooks Online activity and reconcile bank and credit card accounts. Maintain clean books, supporting documentation, and reliable financial records. Support month-end and year-end processes and coordinate with accountants, CPAs, payroll providers, and tax professionals. Maintain financial records across multiple LLCs and business entities, including intercompany activity. Produce recurring financial reporting for leadership and monitor cash flow, expenses, receivables, payables, and obligations. Build and maintain financial SOPs, controls, and processes that allow Align to scale. Who We're Looking For Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented. Can manage multiple entities, accounts, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Can communicate financial information clearly to non-financial leaders. Creates systems instead of relying on memory. Thrives in a fast-moving entrepreneurial organization. Handles confidential information with discretion. Preferred Experience Real estate brokerage accounting or finance. Keller Williams MCA or Assistant MCA experience. High-volume real estate team financial operations. Commission management. Multi-entity accounting. QuickBooks Online. Accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and month-end processes. Financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. What Success Looks Like Every dollar has a home. Commissions are accurate. Bills are paid correctly and on time. Expenses are properly approved and categorized. QuickBooks is current and clean. Every entity is organized. Leadership knows where the money is going. Financial questions can be answered quickly, and leadership has forward-looking visibility into expected revenue, expenses and cash needs. Problems are identified before they become expensive.
