Responsibilities: reviewing accounting and contract data, identifying and investigating discrepancies, analysing contract values and comparing them with actual costs, working with business owners to understand variances and update data where necessary, reviewing inactive contracts and ensuring data remains accurate and up to date, collaborating with the Technology team to improve the way contract data is recorded and reported, working with external partners to prepare monthly data related to leasehold improvements, loading data into the FP&A forecasting tool on a monthly basis and ensuring its accuracy and reconciliation, supporting financial reporting and analysis. Requirements: experience in finance, FP&A, controlling, or financial control, a good understanding of how financial data flows between systems and feeds into reporting and forecasting, experience in reconciling financial data and identifying the root causes of discrepancies, very good knowledge of Excel and MS Office, strong attention to detail and high standards of work, independence, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage deadlines, strong communication and collaboration skills, a proactive mindset and willingness to challenge existing processes and suggest improvements, curiosity about the business and an interest in understanding the wider financial context, openness to new technologies and automation, familiarity with LLM/AI tools, either professionally or personally. Nice to have: experience with CRM or contract management systems, knowledge of FP&A / EPM tools, experience in data visualisation, dashboards, and reporting, experience working with financial or contract data.
