The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel finance, budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, and team leadership, with a thorough understanding of UAE financial regulations and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily financial operations, accounting activities, and internal controls. - Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports. - Develop annual budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections, and financial plans. - Monitor hotel revenue, expenses, profitability, and operating costs. - Ensure accurate revenue reporting, income audits, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management. - Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance against budgets. - Lead month-end and year-end closing processes and coordinate external audits. - Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations, Corporate Tax requirements, and applicable financial reporting standards. - Implement effective cost-control measures and identify opportunities to improve profitability. - Review payroll, supplier payments, purchasing transactions, and financial commitments. - Provide financial analysis, variance reports, and recommendations to senior management. - Lead, develop, and supervise the finance team while maintaining strong financial discipline across departments. - Collaborate with the General Manager, department heads, and senior management to support business objectives. Requirements: - Masters or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CMA are preferred. - Minimum 10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, preferably within the hotel or hospitality industry. - Previous experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance leadership role is highly preferred. - Strong knowledge of hotel accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial analysis. - Good understanding of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and statutory compliance requirements. - Proficiency in accounting systems, hotel management systems, and Microsoft Excel. - Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills. - Ability to meet reporting deadlines, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality. - Experience managing multi-property or cluster hotel finances will be an advantage. What We’re Looking For: A proactive finance professional with strong commercial awareness, attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work closely with operational teams to improve financial performance and business efficiency. Pay: AED1.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Experience: - Hotel: 10 years (Required) Work Location: In person
