Financial Controller

The Role As Financial Controller, you will take responsibility for the hotel's finance function, working closely with the General Manager and Group Finance Team to drive financial performance, maintain robust financial controls and support strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the hotel.
• Prepare accurate monthly management accounts, financial reports and forecasts.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and monitor performance against targets.
• Analyse revenue, costs, profitability and key hotel performance indicators.
• Manage cash flow, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensure strong financial controls, compliance and adherence to company policies.
• Support payroll accuracy, labour cost management and departmental cost controls.
• Partner with the General Manager and department heads to identify commercial opportunities and drive profitability.
• Work collaboratively with the wider JMK Group Finance team
