The company develops themed, gated townships at conveniently accessible distances from Mumbai Job Location : Andheri West Salary Range : Rs 10000/- to Rs 35,000/- month Role Description The Financial Analyst at Nirvana Realty will support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for holiday home townships and related projects. The role involves analyzing financial data, preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, and providing insights to support strategic and operational decisions. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate project viability, monitor costs and revenues, and ensure adherence to financial targets and compliance standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular coordination with project, sales, and senior management teams to optimize financial performance. Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance, including knowledge of financial concepts and real estate or infrastructure sector exposure. Proficiency in Financial Planning and budgeting, with experience in forecasting and scenario analysis. Ability to work with Financial Statements, including preparation, review, and interpretation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Experience in Financial Reporting, including management reports, variance analysis, and dashboards for leadership. Advanced Analytical Skills, including data analysis, modeling, and use of spreadsheets and financial tools (e.g., Excel, financial modeling software). Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CA, CMA) are an advantage. Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial data. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
