The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, developing budgets and forecasts, monitoring financial performance, and providing actionable insights to support management decision-making. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and financial modeling skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex financial information into clear business recommendations. Key Responsibilities Analyze financial data, business performance, and financial trends to support management decision-making. Prepare regular financial reports, management reports, and financial presentations. Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, budgets, and projections. Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts and identify significant variances. Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations and recommendations. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial plans, and business forecasts. Analyze revenues, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and other key financial indicators. Prepare financial analyses for business plans, projects, and management initiatives. Conduct cost and profitability analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Support financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities. Gather and validate financial information from various departments and sources. Develop dashboards, reports, and financial performance metrics for management. Assist in evaluating business opportunities, investments, and financial projects. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis. Maintain accurate and organized financial records, reports, and supporting documentation. Coordinate with Accounting, Finance, Operations, and other departments regarding financial information. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data. Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field . At least 4–6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, or a related field. Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Excellent analytical and numerical skills. Strong understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets . Experience in financial modeling and data analysis. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present financial information clearly to management and non-finance stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines. Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, or financial reporting tools is an advantage. Willing to work onsite Monday to Friday in Quezon City .
