At the same time, we have several new applications going into SOX scope, and we're working on setting up documentation and controls. I'd like to explore a temp person that we can hire as soon as possible to help us in these areas. Don't need the person to be a NetSuite or Coupa admin; however, if they have some experience with those systems or any ERP / P2P systems that would be great. Since we have external consultants for Netsuite, and Coupa, they will be the primary admins. This is more of traiging requests that come to us first, then interface with the consultants so they can do the work all while requiring the system owner approvals are done, that we have a ticket for everything and that we do change control when needed. At the same time, we have several applications coming under SOX scope and need help creating documentation, so this temp can also help us in talking to people and hearing about a process to then translate it to a document / SOP.
