Certifications (Optional): Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks). Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other office tools. Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting or finance is preferred. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Roles and Responsibilities: 1. General Accounting Tasks: Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers and journal entries. Reconcile bank statements and accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. 2. Payroll and Expenses: Process employee payroll and reimbursements. Handle accounts payable and receivable functions. 3. Auditing and Compliance: Assist in conducting audits to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Help in preparing documentation for tax filings and compliance. 4. Data Analysis: Analyze financial data to provide insights and identify discrepancies. Support budgeting and forecasting processes. 5. Financial Records and Reporting: Monitor cash flow and ensure the accuracy of sales and billing invoices. Prepare various financial reports as requested by management. 6. Operational Support: Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data integration. Provide support to senior accountants or finance managers. 7. Other Responsibilities: Maintain and manage petty cash accounts. Facilitate bank transfers and ensure proper bank reconciliations. Assist in the preparation of journal vouchers and the maintenance of financial records.
