Finance & Performance Analyst, Performance & Financial Management

FalckKøbenhavn

Would you like to work across finance, business coordination and performance management in a global company, helping ensure that important decisions are supported by clear analysis and well-prepared information?

At Falck, we are looking for a Finance & Performance Analyst to join our Global Performance & Financial Management team. The role combines performance follow-up for selected Group Functions with financial planning, analysis, month-end close and improvement projects. You will work closely with Group Functions leaders and colleagues in Global Finance, helping bring together financial information and business input and communicate it clearly.

The team supports performance management across Falck and contributes to the preparation of decision material for Executive Management and the Board of Directors. This role will give you insight into how financial information and business priorities are brought into decision-making, while allowing you to build your experience in core finance and controlling.

Within Finance, we have an ambition to become more AI-driven. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute to how we explore and apply AI in our work, helping make financial processes and analysis smarter, more effective and more useful to the business.

About the Job

As a Finance & Performance Analyst, you will support the Group Functions with financial planning, business controlling and performance follow-up. You will also contribute to analysis and improvement initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

-

Coordinating the month-end close and performance follow-up for selected Group Functions

-

Working with stakeholders to understand financial results, explain variances and follow up on agreed actions

-

Supporting target-setting and forecasting processes across the Group Functions

-

Contributing to greater transparency and follow-up on global IT costs

-

Supporting the annual environmental target-setting process, including relevant SBTi and CSRD-related work

-

Helping improve financial processes, tools and ways of working, with a focus on effectiveness, discipline and simplification

-

Contributing to finance-related initiatives linked to the Finance function’s AI agenda

-

Preparing analyses on topics such as cost development and working capital, and supporting other ad hoc projects

-

Preparing clear, concise financial analysis and decision material for senior stakeholders, including the CFO, in collaboration with the team

About you

We care about your personal growth. At Falck, you will build and deepen your expertise through targeted training, exciting assignments or projects that impact how we tackle the healthcare challenges people and societies are facing.

As such you might not be seasoned in all aspects of the role yet, but to set you up for success, we imagine that you will work with both recurring core processes and targeted analyses, giving you broad exposure to the business and direct insight into how major decisions are prepared and communicated.

Performance & Financial Management connects the Group Functions, Global Finance and Executive Management. The team supports performance management across Falck and helps ensure that financial results, business developments and priorities are clearly understood and used in decision-making.

We are a team of eight colleagues, and we value high-quality work, collaboration and a positive working environment. You will join a team where you can develop your skills, contribute ideas and see how your work supports the wider organisation.
