HFB TechnologiesSaint George, UT 84790

About HFB Technologies

HFB Technologies helps small businesses succeed online through website development, e-commerce, website management, and digital marketing services.

We're looking for a driven, highly accountable Finance Operations Manager to take ownership of our financial operations. This is an opportunity to lead and consolidate a department responsible for accounting operations, billing, collections, and financial processes.

We're not looking for someone who simply maintains existing processes or waits for direction. We need someone who takes initiative, identifies opportunities for improvement, solves problems, and consistently moves things forward.

Position Overview

The Finance Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of HFB Technologies, including financial records, billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, expense approvals, and financial systems.

This position combines responsibilities traditionally divided among multiple finance and billing roles. You will be responsible for ensuring that financial processes are accurate, efficient, and consistently executed while maximizing the collection of revenue earned by the company.

You will lead the department, establish accountability, improve existing processes, and ensure leadership has accurate and timely financial information.

The primary objective is simple: Ensure HFB captures every dollar it earns, collects what it is owed, maintains accurate financial records, and operates an efficient, accountable Finance department.

  1. Financial Systems & Process Improvement
  • Own the accuracy and effectiveness of financial systems, workflows, and processes.
  • Oversee finance-related ticketing and ensure requests are addressed appropriately and timely.
  • Manage the operational aspects of client cancellations and ensure processes are followed accurately.
  • Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve department performance.
  • Develop and implement standardized processes that reduce errors and unnecessary manual work.
  • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve system integrations.
  • Ensure processes are documented, maintained, and consistently followed.
  1. Leadership & Department Management
