Finance Officer supports day-to-day finance operations, including payments, reconciliations, fund allocation, banking processes, financial documentation, compliance, and audit activities. What You’ll Be Doing Provide administrative support for finance operations, including processing invoices, payments, expense claims, and reimbursements. Prepare finance reports, reconciliations, schedules, and maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents. Assist with fund allocation across group entities, including invoice preparation and coordination of the approval process. Support account opening and onboarding processes for banks and payment platforms. Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and external parties on finance-related matters. Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and documentation requirements. Support audits, finance process improvements, and other finance-related initiatives as required. Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager. What You Bring to the Team Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates with an Accounting-related degree are welcome to apply. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or auditing. Good written and spoken English. Additional language skills will be an added advantage. Strong attention to detail, organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Able to work responsibly with confidential financial information.
