As a Finance Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial aspects of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include managing cash flow, budgeting, and financial reporting and monitoring. You will work closely with the finance team and other departments to ensure sound financial practices and contribute to the overall success of the company. Cash Flow Management: - Monitor daily cash flows and ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs. - Forecast cash flow requirements to meet short-term and long-term financial obligations. - Optimize cash management strategies to maximize returns on idle funds. - Collaborate with various departments to understand cash flow requirements and facilitate fund disbursements. Budgeting: - Develop, implement, and manage the company's annual budgeting process. - Work closely with department heads to establish budgetary guidelines and financial targets. - Monitor actual performance against budgeted figures and analyze variances. - Provide budgetary reports and insights to management for informed decision-making. Financial Reporting and Monitoring: - Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. - Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to assess the company's financial health. - Present financial reports to senior management and provide explanations for financial results. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Finance Officer or similar role, with a track record of successful cash flow management, budgeting, and financial reporting. - Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques. - Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements. - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Job Type: Full-time Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
