The Finance Manager will work closely with senior management to provide accurate financial information and support business decisions. Responsibilities Manage daily finance and accounting activities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and expenses. Analyze financial performance and prepare management reports. Monitor budgets and investigate variances. Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing. Maintain strong financial controls and accounting procedures. Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Review financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and approvals. Identify opportunities for cost control and process improvements. Prepare financial analysis and reports for senior management. Supervise and support the finance and accounting team. Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with previous management experience. Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent is preferred. Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Strong leadership and team-management skills.
