Finance Manager - F&B Industry
FINANCE MANAGER – F&B INDUSTRY Location: Doha, Qatar Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to manage and oversee the financial operations of our F&B business, ensuring strong financial controls, accurate reporting, effective cost management, and financial planning. Key Responsibilities Manage the overall finance and accounting operations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow planning. Monitor food cost, beverage cost, labor cost, and operating expenses . Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations. Analyze financial performance and prepare management reports. Monitor P&L, profitability, and financial KPIs. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial controls. Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and internal departments. Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency. Lead and manage the finance team. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field . Minimum 5 years of experience as a Finance Manager. F&B industry experience is mandatory. Strong knowledge of F&B costing, budgeting, forecasting, P&L, cash flow, and financial reporting . Strong experience in accounting and ERP software. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel . Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills Experience managing finance operations for multiple F&B outlets/branches . Strong understanding of restaurant financial KPIs and cost-control procedures. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-outlet F&B environment.
