Job Title: Finance Manager Industry: FMCG / Food Distribution Position Type: Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and strategy within our growing FMCG food distribution business. This role is responsible for overseeing financial planning, ensuring robust cash flow management, driving regulatory compliance, and delivering actionable financial insights to guide executive management decision-making. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Budgeting: Lead annual budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning tailored to high-volume FMCG operations. Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare, present, and analyze accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variances. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: Oversee treasury functions, manage liquidity, optimize working capital cycles, and supervise inventory and trade credit management. Compliance & Governance: Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards, local financial regulations, tax obligations, and internal corporate control policies. Strategic Advisory & Decision Support: Partner with executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights, profitability analysis, cost control initiatives, and business decision support. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 7 to 10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience. Industry Focus: Direct experience working within an FMCG food distribution environment is required. Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA, CMA, ACCA, or MBA strongly preferred). Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling, ERP software systems, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Competencies: Exceptional analytical thinking, strategic vision, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills.
