Finance Manager
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting; CA/ACCA/CMA preferred . Minimum 5 years’ experience , preferably in F&B/restaurant industry. Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, accounting, Excel and POS/ERP systems . Manage daily finance and accounting operations for all restaurant outlets. Prepare monthly P&L, cash flow, budgets and financial reports . Monitor sales, cash, bank transactions, supplier payments and receivables. Control food cost, labour cost, inventory, wastage and operating expenses . Manage VAT compliance, reconciliations and audit requirements. Monitor cash flow and ensure timely supplier and salary payments. Review invoices, purchase orders, petty cash and staff claims. Analyze outlet performance and report financial variances to management. Strengthen internal controls and identify cost-saving opportunities. Supervise and support the finance/accounts team. Req Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
