Finance Manager
Key Responsibilities Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities to support business objectives. Monitor financial performance and provide insights and recommendations to management. Prepare financial reports, analyses, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity planning to support operational needs. Ensure effective internal controls, financial governance, and risk management practices. Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax and statutory requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost optimization, operational efficiency, and business growth. Analyze manufacturing, inventory, and operational costs to identify improvement opportunities. Lead and develop the Finance team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA, or equivalent) is an advantage. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance. Experience in the semiconductor, manufacturing, electronics, technology, or related industries is preferred. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls. Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and local tax regulations. Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent). Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial reporting tools. Willing to work in the East Region, Changi North Crescent.
