The role ensures accurate financial reporting, effective cash management, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning to support business growth and sustainability. Duties and Responsibilities - Lead and oversee accounting and treasury operations - Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and reports - Manage cash flow, liquidity, and banking relationships - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements - Supervise general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions - Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures - Lead audit processes and coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies - Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to management - Manage risk, internal controls, and financial governance - Support business expansion, investments, and cost optimization initiatives - Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic planning and decision-making - Lead and develop finance team members to enhance performance and efficiency - And any duties that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field - CPA is highly preferred - At least 5years of experience in finance, with leadership experience as Head of Finance or similar role - Strong background in both accounting and treasury functions - Extensive knowledge of financial reporting, tax compliance, and cash management - Proven leadership and team management experience - Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills - High level of integrity and professionalism - Proficient in financial systems and advanced Excel Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month Application Question(s): - How much is your expected salary?
