You will oversee financial planning, budgeting, cash flow management, regulatory compliance, and reporting to support the company’s retail and pharmaceutical growth objectives. Key Responsibilities Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial models aligned with company growth goals. Accounting & Reporting: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, general ledger, and the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Cash Flow & Treasury: Manage working capital, inventory valuation tracking, accounts receivable/payable, and banking relationships. Compliance & Audit: Ensure full compliance with UAE tax regulations (VAT, Corporate Tax) and coordinate internal/external audits. Cost & Performance Analysis: Analyze financial performance, identify cost-saving opportunities, and provide actionable insights to senior management to boost profitability. Requirements & Qualifications Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a management role (retail, pharmacy, or FMCG sector experience preferred). Education & Certification: Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA) or a Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting. Tax Knowledge: Strong, hands-on experience with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance. Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial software/ERP systems, strong analytical mindset, and excellent leadership capabilities. Languages: Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
