Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, accounting, reporting, and financial controls. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in FMCG/food trading or a similar business environment .

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Supervise the accounting team and review their work.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.
• Manage AP, AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and cash flow .
• Monitor receivables, payables, collections, and supplier payments.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Review inventory valuation, stock adjustments, and product costing.
• Ensure accurate recording of sales, purchases, expenses, and inventory transactions.
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other applicable financial requirements .
• Develop and maintain strong financial controls and procedures.
• Provide management with financial insights and support business decisions.
• Manage and improve accounting/ERP systems and financial processes.
• Able to lead accounts and finance team

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field .
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• UAE experience with VAT and Corporate Tax is preferred.
• Experience with ERP/accounting software; QuickBooks experience is an advantage .
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• FMCG/food trading experience is preferred.
