Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, taxation, and financial operations, preferably within the FMCG, trading, or distribution industry .

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS, including group-level consolidation.
• Develop annual budgets, forecasts, financial plans, and variance analysis.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, banking arrangements, collections, and supplier payments.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS , and internal financial policies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and strengthen financial controls.
• Monitor inventory valuation, stock reconciliation, cost of goods sold, and product profitability.
• Analyze sales margins, pricing, distribution costs, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics departments.
• Lead and develop the Finance and Accounts team while improving ERP and reporting processes.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CMA, or CPA preferred.
• MBA in Finance will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 10–15 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a managerial role .
• UAE experience in FMCG, trading, or distribution preferred.
• Experience handling multiple companies or group-level financial operations is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and ERP systems.

Pay: AED1.00 - AED10.00 per month
