Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily financial operations, cash flow, budgets, and financial planning for healthcare facilities.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, prepare audit schedules, maintain financial records, and ensure audit compliance.

-Prepare and review VAT returns, reconcile VAT accounts, and ensure compliance with applicable UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.

-Monitor revenue from patient services, insurance claims, medical consultations, laboratory services, and other healthcare activities.

• Coordinate with medical insurance providers, monitor claim settlements, review rejected claims, and follow up on outstanding receivables.
• Prepare departmental budgets and control costs related to medical supplies, equipment, staffing, and facility operations.

-Prepare monthly management accounts, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and financial performance reports.

• Supervise supplier payments, patient collections, insurance receivables, and outstanding balances.
• Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and healthcare regulations.
• Analyze revenue, operating expenses, profitability, and cash flow to support management decisions.

Qualifications:

Master Degree /Chartered Accountant (CA) or an equivalent recognized professional accounting qualification.

Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, including previous experience in a corporate environment.

Previous experience in the healthcare sector, preferably in a hospital, medical center, clinic, or healthcare group.

Familiarity with UAE VAT regulations, Federal Tax Authority (FTA) requirements, and applicable accounting standards.

Experience in cash flow management, cost control, revenue analysis, accounts payable and receivable, and financial planning.

Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and lead a finance team.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
