Location: JAFZA, Dubai – UAE

Experience: 10 years, Experience in the UAE gold and precious metals market is mandatory.

Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Commerce. CA, ACCA, CPA or CMA preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.

· Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.

· Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.

· Monitor accounts payable, receivable and bank reconciliations.

· Oversee gold inventory accounting and metal balance reconciliation.

· Monitor gold received, processed, refined, dispatched and related metal losses in coordination with Operations.

· Ensure accurate production costing and inventory valuation.

· Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and applicable IFRS requirements.

· Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors and banks.

· Monitor departmental expenses and implement cost-control measures.

· Supervise payroll accounting and employee-related financial settlements in coordination with HR.

· Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls.

· Prepare financial performance reports and provide recommendations to management.

· Supervise and guide the Finance & Accounts team.
