Finance (General Manager)
Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Operations Full-Spectrum Management: Lead the end-to-end finance function for car park operations, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. Team Development: Manage and mentor the finance team, focusing on performance management, resource allocation, and capability building to ensure high-quality reporting. Closing & Governance: Own the month-end close process; implement robust checklists and controls to reduce cycle times and minimize errors. Performance Analysis & Strategic Reporting Operational Insights: Monitor site-level profitability and revenue trends across multiple locations to identify and manage key cost drivers. Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver monthly management reports with clear variance commentary, providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership. Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecast cycles, utilizing driver-based analysis and scenario planning to track performance against goals. Compliance, Risk & Internal Controls Governance & Audit: Maintain audit-ready documentation and manage external audit/regulatory engagements to ensure timely, "clean" filings and full compliance. Internal Controls: Strengthen financial safeguards around cash handling, collections, and banking reconciliations, including proactive exception management. External Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tax agents and banking partners regarding facilities, guarantees, and compliance documentation. Commercial Support & Efficiency Growth Support: Provide financial modeling, tender pricing, and contract evaluation to support the acquisition of new projects. Operational Excellence: Drive cost-control initiatives and continuous process improvements to boost overall operational efficiency. Requirements Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA preferred. Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in equivalent or senior finance leadership position. Demonstrated senior leadership experience leading a finance function/team through audits and multi-site operations Experience in high-volume transaction environments (e.g., parking, retail, facilities management) is preferred Proven track record owning revenue systems, cash controls, and reconciliations end-to-end, including exception management and control remediation Ability to lead budgeting and rolling forecasts Familiarity with regulatory and tax requirements in Singapore We regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified of their status.
