# Finance Executive **Swaad Station Restaurant** · Dubai · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 7 дней назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive with a CA Inter / CA Intermediate background to support the day-to-day finance and accounting operations. The candidate will be responsible for accounting entries, reconciliations, payables, receivables, reporting, and other finance-related activities while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities - Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records. - Record and verify sales, purchases, receipts, payments, journal entries, and other accounting transactions. - Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities. - Prepare and monitor supplier and customer account reconciliations. - Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies. - Assist in preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. - Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up on pending balances. - Verify invoices, purchase orders, delivery documents, and supporting documents. - Assist in inventory and stock-related accounting and reconciliation. - Support VAT-related accounting, reconciliations, and documentation . - Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities. - Prepare schedules and supporting documents required for audits. - Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and auditors when required. - Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records. - Assist the Finance Manager/CFO with financial analysis, reporting, and other accounting requirements. - Identify accounting discrepancies and support timely resolution. - Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures. Requirements - CA Inter / CA Intermediate qualification is preferred. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field . - 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably within a trading or distribution company. - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes. - Experience in AP, AR, bank reconciliation, general ledger, and month-end closing . - Good understanding of VAT and basic tax accounting requirements . - Experience with ERP/accounting software is preferred. - Strong MS Excel skills, including formulas, reconciliations, and reporting. - Good analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred Candidate Profile - CA Inter / CA Intermediate with practical accounting experience. - Experience in trading, distribution, FMCG, or wholesale businesses will be an advantage. - Candidates with UAE accounting experience will be preferred. - Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines. - Strong understanding of accounting controls and documentation.
