The candidate will support day-to-day finance operations, invoicing, reconciliations, MIS reporting, and financial analysis. Key Responsibilities - Assist in day-to-day finance and accounting operations . - Prepare and verify customer invoices and vendor bills . - Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) activities. - Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations . - Track receivables, payables, expenses, and payments . - Prepare monthly MIS and management reports . - Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis . - Support GST, TDS, audit, and statutory compliance activities. - Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents. - Coordinate with internal teams, customers, vendors, and external consultants. - Support the Finance Manager/CFO in financial analysis and other assigned activities. Required Skills - Strong knowledge of Accounting and Finance fundamentals . - Good MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc. - Basic understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow . - Good analytical and numerical skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good communication and coordination skills. - Knowledge of Zoho Books / ERP / accounting software is an advantage. Qualification MBA / PGDM – Finance-- any students who have already graduated and are currently seeking employment opportunities.
