This role requires self-sufficiency, strong analytical skills, and the ability to report directly to senior management while contributing to budget planning, inventory control, and SOP development. Key Responsibilities Prepare and analyze budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control. Manage full financial reporting for multiple outlets, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Preparation of SST computation and submission, monitor service charges and tax implications for menu pricing. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections. Track inventory costing using FIFO or Weighted Average Cost methods. Conduct monthly stock take to ensure accurate inventory valuation and minimize discrepancies. Analyze food cost percentages and profitability metrics to support pricing strategies. Ensure audit readiness by maintaining accurate financial records. Collaborate with operations teams to optimize procurement and cost control. Prepare financial reports and insights for senior management decision-making. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance. Develop and refine financial SOPs to enhance efficiency and transparency. Contribute to setting SOPs for financial workflows, payment processes, and inventory management. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. preferably in F&B or related industries, 1-2 years working experience. Strong understanding of SST compliance, service charges, and tax regulations. Experience with inventory costing methods and financial benchmarking. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Point of Sales (POS) systems, and accounting software - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks. - Strong communication skills and team player.
