The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, with practical experience in preparing and analyzing Profit & Loss (P&L) statements . The candidate should understand healthcare business operations and be comfortable working with financial data, budgets, expenses, revenues, and monthly financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements . Analyze revenue, costs, gross profit, operating expenses, and profitability. Monitor and reconcile accounts, expenses, receivables, and payables. Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports for management. Track actual financial performance against budgets and forecasts. Identify cost variances and provide explanations and recommendations. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. Coordinate with operations and other departments regarding financial matters. Ensure proper recording and classification of healthcare-related revenues and expenses. Support internal and external audits when required. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and applicable accounting requirements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field . 2–5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience , preferably within the healthcare industry . Healthcare experience is mandatory/preferred depending on your hiring requirement. Strong practical knowledge of P&L preparation and analysis is mandatory . Good understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Experience with Excel and accounting/ERP software. Strong analytical and numerical skills. Ability to identify financial discrepancies and cost-saving opportunities. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet reporting deadlines. Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate will be someone who has hands-on experience preparing P&L statements in a healthcare organization and understands how healthcare revenue, operational costs, staff costs, and other expenses affect profitability. Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
