As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Finance & Customs Executive to support our finance function while building specialist expertise in customs operations and helping grow this side of the business. The Role This is a varied role for someone with a finance or accounts background who is commercially minded and keen to develop into customs and business development. You will start by supporting day-to-day finance and commercial activities, before receiving full training on our in-house customs operations, processes, procedures and systems. Over time, you will take on client-facing responsibilities, help grow our customs division, and identify new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day finance and commercial activities Learn and assist with in-house customs operations Receive full training on customs processes, procedures and systems Assist with import and export customs declarations and documentation Support existing clients with customs-related requirements Identify and develop new business opportunities Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients Prepare quotations and assist with converting enquiries into clients Help grow and develop the customs division Work closely with the wider team across finance, customs and operations Identify opportunities to improve processes and bring new ideas to the business Take on new challenges and responsibilities as the business grows Requirements Finance or Accounts background/qualification Entrepreneurial and commercially minded Strong numerical and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, ambitious and eager to learn Works well as part of a team Willing to take on new challenges and responsibilities Confident dealing with clients and developing new business Good attention to detail and organisational skills Previous customs experience is not required — full training will be provided What's on Offer Competitive salary based on experience Full training and clear progression into customs and business development The opportunity to help build and shape a growing division Supportive and professional working environment Pay: ₹1,542,830.40 - ₹1,851,396.48 per year Experience: working with international company: 2 years (Required) finance/accounts: 4 years (Required) Work Location: In person
