Survival Systems International Middle East LLC are seeking a Finance Coordinator to join our well-established team in Dubai.

Reporting to the Operations Director your key responsibilities will be:

• To be experienced using Sage 200 software.
• Manage the sales ledger and prepare invoices for service and spare parts as required
• Manage the purchase ledger, including processing supplier invoices, reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts receivable schedule and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Handle supplier and customer account queries promptly and professionally
• Process employee expenses, including petty cash and foreign currency transactions.
• Review, update and post staff and technician timesheets to support accurate payroll calculations.
• Update sales forecasts and P&L records to reflect invoices issued.
• Assist with month-end closing, including P&L and balance sheet updates and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate recording, filing and maintenance of financial documents in Sage 200 and physical filing systems.
• Assist and ensure all financial activities comply with relevant statutory, regulatory and company requirements.
• Complete internal training and development as required.
• Provide support with general finance administration and other ad hoc duties as required.

Location: Office, Barsha Heights, Dubai

7.30am - 4.30pm (Monday to Thursday)

7.30am - 12.00 noon (Friday)

Pay: AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Finance: 3 years (Preferred)
