Work Arrangement: Hybrid
The Finance team supports the TITAN group of companies through centralized accounting operations, financial reporting, internal controls, regulatory compliance, and financial information that enables sound business decision-making.
Job Summary
The Financial Controller will lead the Group's accounting operations and Finance Shared Services Center (SSC), overseeing financial reporting, statutory compliance, internal controls, and centralized accounting processes across multiple legal entities. This is a senior operational leadership role that combines hands-on oversight of core accounting activities with responsibility for building a standardized, efficient, and scalable finance operating model.
The role's day-to-day responsibilities span the full accounting cycle, including general ledger management, monthly financial closing, balance sheet reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, revenue and inventory accounting, tax filings, and audit coordination. The Financial Controller will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reporting while maintaining appropriate controls over transactions, payments, reconciliations, and intercompany balances.
Beyond accounting execution, the Financial Controller will strengthen the Group's financial governance and operational infrastructure by standardizing processes, improving accounting systems and data integration, establishing service-level agreements and performance indicators, and driving automation and continuous improvement. The role will also lead and develop the Finance SSC team, working closely with the CFO, Commercial FP&A, Operations, Procurement, IT, and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, address financial risks, and improve the reliability of management reporting.
