The role will supervise finance operations, analyze business unit financial performance, oversee BIR tax compliance, improve financial processes and SOPs, and coordinate internal and external audits. What You’ll Do: Supervise daily Finance team operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable . Analyze monthly financial statements and provide insights on business unit performance. Oversee the preparation and timely filing of BIR tax requirements . Lead the implementation of SOPs and financial controls to improve efficiency. Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure records are compliant and audit-ready . Provide financial guidance and analysis to support senior management and strategic objectives. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) . 2–3 years of finance-related experience with leadership or supervisory experience. Strong background in tax compliance and financial reporting . Experience in team management and financial controls . Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Willing to work fully onsite in Makati City .
