Ensure robust internal financial controls (IFC) are designed, implemented, and monitored across the organization. Manage the monthly closing process, including reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements — Income Tax, GST, TDS, RBI/NBFC regulations (if applicable), Companies Act, and other applicable laws. Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
