Finance Controller
We are looking for a seasoned Finance Controller to lead financial operations, reporting, compliance, budgeting, and business finance initiatives. The role requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial controls, statutory compliance, and strategic financial planning. Experience: Preferably CA (Qualified): 5-8 Years Key Responsibilities Manage financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, GST, and regulatory requirements. Drive internal controls, audit coordination, and financial governance. Oversee cash flow, working capital, and financial performance management. Partner with business leaders to deliver actionable financial insights and support decision-making. Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency. What We're Looking For Strong expertise in Finance & Accounts, Controllership, and Compliance. Hands-on experience with budgeting, forecasting, audits, and financial analysis. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel. Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
