Finance Controller
Qualification: Qualified CA Experience: 2+ Years Post-Qualification Location: Hyderabad We are looking for a Finance Controller to manage the finance and accounting function of our managed office space business. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting, monthly closing, MIS, and financial reporting. Oversee billing, collections, vendor payments, and cash flow management . Monitor revenue, occupancy-related billing, operating expenses, and profitability. Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances . Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and management reports. Coordinate with statutory/internal auditors and ensure strong financial controls. Work closely with management to provide financial insights and improve cost efficiency. Requirements Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2+ years of post-qualification experience. Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, MIS, and financial analysis. Excellent Excel skills; ERP/accounting software experience preferred. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Work Location: In person
