# Finance Controller **ASHISH SHAH & ASSOCIATES** · Thane, Maharashtra · `On-site` 🕒 **Статус:** *Опубликовано: 4 дня назад* · *Источник: Indeed* --- ### About the Role Finance Controller Location: Thane, Mumbai Experience: 5–8 Years Qualification: CA / CA Inter / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent Employment Type: Full-time CTC: up to 18lpa Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Finance Controller to manage financial accounting, reporting, compliance, audits, budgeting, and internal financial controls. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations. Handle GL, AP, AR, billing, reconciliations and month-end closing . Prepare and review P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and MIS reports . Manage budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables and payables. Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements . Coordinate statutory, internal and tax audits. Establish and strengthen internal controls and financial processes. Review financial transactions and ensure accuracy of accounting records. Prepare management reports and provide financial insights for decision-making. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks and other external stakeholders. Lead and guide the finance and accounts team. Required Skills Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting. Good understanding of taxation and statutory compliance. Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis. Strong MS Excel and ERP/accounting software skills. Good analytical, communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage deadlines and work independently. Preferred Candidate 5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts/Controllership. CA / CA Inter qualification preferred. Candidates with experience in financial reporting, audits, compliance and team handling will be preferred. Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,988,901.65 per month Work Location: In person
