Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. Review account reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger activities for accuracy. Analyze financial performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions. Assess financial and operational risks and strengthen internal controls. Monitor compliance with company policies, governance standards, and control procedures. Drive process improvements and enhance operational and financial efficiency. Manage audit activities and ensure timely resolution of findings and recommendations. Lead, coach, and develop the finance and accounting team to achieve performance objectives. Promote continuous improvement through training, development, and process enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. Certified Public Accountant (Preferred) 5–10 years of accounting and finance experience with supervisory or managerial responsibilities. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and internal controls. Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
