About the Role As a Finance Business Partner Manager, you will partner with the Healthcare Logistics business to drive profitable growth, cost efficiency and strong financial performance. Working closely with Commercial, Operations, and regional leadership teams, you will provide financial insights to support pricing, planning, performance management and strategic decision-making in a regulated healthcare environment. Responsibilities 1. Business Partnering & Commercial Performance Partner closely with Business Unit leaders, Commercial, and Operations teams to provide financial insight and support commercially sound decisions. Monitor key revenue, gross margin, cost, profitability, customer and service-performance indicators; highlight trends, risks and opportunities. Analyse performance against budget, forecast and prior-year results, and recommend actions to improve revenue growth, margin delivery and cost control. Produce clear management reports, dashboards and business-performance reviews for senior leadership, converting data into practical commercial recommendations 2. Financial Planning, Pricing & Profitability Lead or support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, long-range plans and monthly financial-performance reporting for the business unit. Review pricing proposals, customer contracts, tenders, RFPs/RFQs and new-business opportunities to ensure sustainable profitability and target returns. Develop financial models and business cases to assess revenue, costs, investments, working capital and profitability under different business scenarios. Conduct customer, channel and service profitability reviews, including cost-to-serve analysis, margin bridge analysis and cold-chain logistics cost assessments. 3. Operational Improvement & Strategic Support Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams to identify opportunities to improve productivity, warehouse utilisation, transportation efficiency and service profitability. Strengthen financial controls, reporting standards and data quality, ensuring commercial results reconcile accurately with financial P&L reporting. Develop and enhance Power BI dashboards, reporting automation and performance-management processes to improve decision-making speed and accuracy. Provide finance support for strategic initiatives, including market expansion, customer acquisition, e-commerce growth, specialised healthcare distribution and operating-model improvements. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional accounting qualification, such as CPA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent, is an advantage. At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in financial planning and analysis, commercial finance, business partnering, financial controlling or management accounting. Experience in logistics, 3PL, supply chain, pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG or a similarly operationally intensive environment is highly preferred. Strong commercial-finance capability, including pricing, tender evaluation, profitability analysis, business-case development and cost-to-serve modelling. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including financial modelling, pivot tables, scenario analysis and data manipulation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify insights from large and complex data sets. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to influence senior business leaders. Able to work independently, manage competing priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed regional environment. We are equal opportunities employer.
