Finance Associate, Insurance, 35-45k

Key Responsibilities

-

Prepare timely expense and management reports across business units and departments.

-

Analyse cost variances and review expense allocation with business stakeholders.

-

Partner with Procurement, IT and department heads to monitor CAPEX and OPEX against budgets.

-

Manage expense budgeting and forecasting, including cost movement and savings analysis.

-

Support strategic planning, finance system enhancements and annual audits.

Key Requirements

-

Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

-

At least 4 years' experience in expense reporting, budgeting and planning.

-

Knowledge of IFRS 17 expense allocation is an advantage.

-

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP.

-

Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

-

Detail-oriented, proactive and able to manage competing deadlines.

-

Collaborative mindset with a focus on process improvement.

-

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
