Process and submit loan applications to partner banks and financing institutions. Coordinate with banks regarding loan approvals, requirements, and releases. Monitor the status of financing applications and provide updates to customers and sales consultants. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financing documents. Insurance Processing Prepare and process insurance applications for vehicle purchases. Coordinate with insurance providers regarding policy issuance, renewals, and claims-related concerns. Explain insurance coverage, benefits, and requirements to customers. Ensure timely issuance of insurance policies prior to vehicle release. Documentation and Compliance Verify customer information and supporting documents. Maintain organized and accurate records of financing and insurance transactions. Ensure all transactions comply with company policies, banking regulations, and insurance requirements. Prepare reports related to financing approvals, insurance issuance, and transaction status.
