Analyse and review the financial information and condition of the business units (e.g. revenues, expenditures And cash management) To ensure that all expenses are within budget. Specific Duties and Responsibilities: · Performs daily monitoring of cash/bank balances of all business units. · Analyses and reviews the financial information and condition of the business units · Ensures all business units are operating within the budget. · Ensures appropriate corrective measures are implemented when necessary. · Reviews all the requests requiring budget allocation. · Ensures budget allocation for the Business Units (such as revolving funds, payment to suppliers, payroll, and other back charges if needed) · Ensures the allocation of fund for new projects in coordination with the business development department. · Ensures monthly dues from Business Units are collected on time. · Ensures that all business units are made their disbursement according to approved budget. · Designs and implements effective budgeting policies and procedures. · Schedules audit of all the Units to ensure the proper savings and disbursement procedures are being followed. · Manages the Cash Flow of the Company. · Facilitates the conduct of annual budget planning. · Ensures consolidation of approved departmental budgets. · Monitors the full implementation and utilization of TGC information system. · Performs other work related tasks. Job Specifications: Graduate of BS ACCOUNTANCY With almost 5 years experiences in General Accounting, Audit, and other Accounting position With Managerial experience Knowledgeable in Accounting Cost Analysis. Knowledgeable in Taxation Working Conditions: Six (6) days work week Expected long working hours Willing to travel at any time needed by the company. Work Location: In person
