Independently lead financial projects and initiatives, partnering with stakeholders to drive financial performance and organizational goals. Key Details: This is a fully remote role. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT. - Partner with Medical Economics to drive trend analysis and KPI tracking and monitoring. - Monitor execution and performance of initiatives and work with cross-functional leaders to drive initiatives focused on performance improvement, implementing Corrective Action Plans as needed. - Drive strategic initiatives focused on medical expense optimization, improving overall efficiency and effectiveness, and resource allocation. - Assess return on investment (ROI) projections and analyze anticipated value outcomes. - Develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. - Create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately. - Identify trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management. - Perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts - Handle complex and high-level financial analysis. - Present and discuss analysis with upper management. Preferred Skills: Experience with Healthcare Payor finance and accounting High-level financial modeling capabilities Ability to work with large datasets that can at times be ambiguous Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 4+ years of financial or data analysis experience.
