The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial information accurately. Duties and Responsibilities: Analyze financial data, trends, and business performance Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and budget analysis Monitor company expenses, revenue, and financial transactions Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Conduct variance analysis and identify financial discrepancies Prepare and maintain financial models and reports Support month-end and year-end financial closing activities Coordinate with different departments regarding budget and finance concerns Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports Assist in improving financial processes and reporting systems Support management in providing financial recommendations and insights Perform other finance-related tasks assigned by management Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, Business Administration, or any related course At least 2–4 years of experience in finance, financial analysis, or accounting Strong analytical and numerical skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools Knowledgeable in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Detail-oriented and highly organized Good problem-solving and communication skills Ability to handle confidential financial information Can work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Skills: Experience with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis) Strong reporting and presentation skills Ability to interpret financial data and provide recommendations Experience in FMCG, distribution, or corporate finance is an advantage Benefits: Additional leave Company Christmas gift Company events Free parking Health insurance Opportunities for promotion Pay raise Promotion to permanent employee Application Question(s): Will you be able to start immediately?
