The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, budgeting, and auditing. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial processes and reporting. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analyses to support business decisions and strategic planning. Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and forecasts. Identify trends, variances, and opportunities for financial improvement. Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and management of the company’s annual budget. Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis. Work with various departments to ensure budget adherence and manage financial performance. Auditing: Coordinate and support internal and external audit processes. Review and assess internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare documentation and respond to audit queries. Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports for management review. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data. Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to financial processes and systems. Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other finance team members and departments to achieve financial goals. Provide financial insights and support to assist in strategic decision-making. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA orCMA, CPA is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and auditing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
